PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 12, 2026 | https://www.adhdpivot.com
1. Scope and Contact
This Privacy Policy describes how ADHD Pivot LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information from visitors to https://www.adhdpivot.com, prospective clients, adult students, and parents or other purchasers. Contact: caryn@adhdpivot.com.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the interaction, information may include name, email, phone number, billing contact and transaction details, inquiry and consultation notes, service selection, signed agreements, account credentials or identifiers, course progress or access records, coaching appointment details, and communications. Clients may voluntarily disclose sensitive personal information about ADHD, disability, academic performance or personal circumstances. Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for your inquiry. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we generally receive payment status and transaction identifiers rather than full card numbers.
3. Sources and Collection Methods
We receive information directly through forms, emails, calls, enrollment, coaching sessions, scheduling, course accounts and SignNow signatures; from parents or other payers where relevant; and from service providers involved in processing transactions or administering services. The Site may automatically collect device, browser, IP address, referral and usage information through hosting logs and any cookies or analytics actually implemented.
4. Purposes of Use
We use personal information to answer inquiries and follow up after sales consultations; establish eligibility; process purchases and refunds; provide receipts, agreements, course access and coaching; schedule appointments; support clients; maintain business and tax records; detect misuse or security issues; comply with legal obligations; handle disputes; and, where appropriate, send optional promotional messages. We do not use private coaching disclosures as public advertising content without specific prior written authorization.
5. Email Communications and Choices
We send emails concerning inquiries, sales-call follow-ups, receipts, enrollment, course access, appointment scheduling, payment administration, and other services. We may in the future offer optional promotional emails about new programs, resources or offers. Recipients can unsubscribe from marketing by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or emailing caryn@adhdpivot.com. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not stop necessary transactional or service-related communications. Where required by law, we obtain consent before sending marketing messages and honor applicable opt-out requests.
6. How We Share and Disclose Information
We do not sell client personal information or publicly publish client identities, coaching discussions, educational progress, photographs, videos or testimonials for marketing without prior written authorization. We may disclose limited information to vendors performing services on our behalf (such as Stripe, SignNow, course hosting, scheduling, video conferencing, email and website hosting), subject to their roles and applicable agreements; to parents or other persons with the adult client’s written authorization; to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations; to authorities when required by law or legally permitted to address serious safety concerns; and as reasonably necessary in a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable protections. We do not provide client contact details to third parties for their independent marketing. Any advertising or analytics disclosures must be accurately reflected here after the actual tools and configurations are verified.
7. Testimonials, Photographs and Social Media
We will not post or use a client’s name, likeness, photograph, video, testimonial, identifiable coaching experience, or private communications on our Site, social media, advertising or other promotional channels without the client’s prior written authorization identifying the permitted content and use. Permission for a testimonial is optional and separate from program enrollment. A client may contact us about withdrawing future use; removal of already distributed content may not always be technically possible, subject to applicable law and the consent terms.
8. Coaching and Group Confidentiality
We treat individual coaching communications as confidential, subject to the signed Services Agreement and legal or safety exceptions. During live group coaching, other participants may hear information voluntarily shared. Participants are contractually required not to disclose others’ identities, statements, experiences, or private information, and not to record, screenshot or post sessions without appropriate authorization. We cannot guarantee that independent participants comply. A parent’s payment for an adult student does not authorize access to the student’s private coaching communications.
9. Sensitive Information and Legal Status
Some information voluntarily provided during coaching may be sensitive. We use it only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and apply reasonable safeguards. Coaching is educational, not medical treatment. This Policy does not represent that Company is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider. Applicable state privacy laws may nevertheless protect certain categories of information.
10. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies
Our Site and providers may use cookies or comparable technologies necessary for security, navigation, checkout or course access. Additional analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting or other nonessential tracking, if deployed, may collect usage information and may require additional disclosures, choice mechanisms or consent depending on applicable law. Before publishing, Company must confirm which technologies are active and update this section and any cookie controls accordingly. Browser settings may allow some cookies to be blocked, although doing so can affect functionality.
11. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required accounting and legal records, address disputes and protect our operations. Retention varies by category and applicable requirements. We employ reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and providers involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We will respond to security incidents as required by applicable law.
12. Privacy Rights and Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data we maintain, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or withdraw optional marketing preferences by emailing caryn@adhdpivot.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or contractual purposes. Additional rights, appeals or opt-out mechanisms may apply based on your state of residence and the laws applicable to Company; we will honor those rights where required.
13. Children and Adult Clients
Our coaching services and Digital Program are intended for individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly enroll minors or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us for review and appropriate action.
14. External Platforms and Cross-Border Processing
Links and embedded services operated by third parties may have their own privacy notices. Service providers may process or store data in jurisdictions other than your state or country, subject to applicable law and their contractual practices. We do not make specific representations about vendor data locations without verification.
15. Policy Updates and Contact
We may revise this Policy as practices or laws change. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. For privacy inquiries or requests contact ADHD Pivot LLC, caryn@adhdpivot.com.
